Corporate Secretary

The duties and responsibilities of the Corporate Secretary referring to POJK No. 35/2014 dated December 8, 2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of the Company or Public Company include the following :

• rovide input to the Board of Directors of the Company to comply with applicable regulations, including but not limited to Law number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, Law number 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Market and applicable regulations in the Republic of Indonesia and in accordance with general corporate governance norms.
• Follow the development of the Capital Market, especially the regulations that apply in the Capital Market.
• As a liaison between the Financial Services Authority, Indonesia Stock Exchange, stakeholders, and the public.
• Maintain a good relationship between the Company and the mass media.
• Provide services to the public (investors) for any information needed by investors related to the condition of the Company.
• Carry out activities that support the Company’s activities mentioned above, including the Annual Report, General Meeting of Shareholders, Information Disclosure, and others.
• Preparing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices within the Company.
• Maintain and prepare the Company’s documentation, including minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting and Board of Commissioners Meeting as well as related matters.
