Socialization Towards Adipura 2024 and Management of Industrial B3 Waste Collaboration of the Nganjuk Environmental Service (DLH) and PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk

PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk (“Company”) with the Issuer code MHKI, in collaboration with the Nganjuk Environmental Agency, held a Seminar Towards Adipura and Management of Industrial B3 Waste in Ngajuk Regency, East Java.
The Environmental Agency (DLH) of Nganjuk Regency, East Java, collaborated with PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk (MHKI). This activity was attended by more than 70 participants and aimed to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of good waste management, especially among industry players.
The seminar was opened with remarks from Mr. Subani, S.H., M.M. to the Environmental Agency of Nganjuk Regency, East Java. In his speech, he said that this seminar was a strategic initiative to provide a better understanding to industry players regarding sustainable waste and waste management.
Mr. Subarja, S.H., M.Sc., as the main speaker explained in detail and provided a comprehensive explanation of waste management regulations in Indonesia. How regulations can be implemented to achieve the 2024 Adipura Award.
The second session presented Mr. Agus Sucahyono from the East Java Provincial Environmental Service who explained comprehensively to the participants regarding the obligations of industrial actors in managing B3 waste. He highlighted the importance of complying with applicable regulations and implementing appropriate waste management technology.
In the third session, the focus of the discussion shifted to SIRAJA 2024. Fida Wafiqoh from the HSE Department of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk gave a presentation on the regulations and requirements of SIRAJA 2024. Previously, Annisa Bella from the East Java Marketing Department of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk provided an overview of the Company’s profile, so that participants could better understand the Company’s contribution to supporting government programs.
More than just heading towards Adipura 2024, this socialization aims to strengthen the synergy between the government and industry players in realizing awareness of the importance of good waste management.
A Glance of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk :
PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk was founded in 2004 as a company engaged in the field of industrial waste processing and has obtained official permits from the Ministry of Environment. Our permits include transportation (transporter), collector, processor and utilization of B3 and non-B3 waste.
After obtaining an AMDAL on February 21, 2007 and the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of State for the Environment concerning “Environmental Feasibility of Metal Waste Utilization Activities (B3 and Non-B3) and Collection of Used Lubricating Oil and Non-B3 Waste”, PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk developed its business into a transportation, collection, processing and utilization industry recorded in Decree No. S.371/PSLB3/VPLB3/PLB.3/8/2021 in 2021 and the transportation recommendation underlies the activities of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk.
The activity is in line with the efforts of the Central Government, especially the Ministry of Environment and the Bekasi City Government in overcoming the negative impacts of waste on the environment caused by Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) through the implementation of 3R, namely : Reuse, Recycling, Recovery.
PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk is equipped with industrial waste processing facilities with its own internal Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) to maintain wastewater from the process so that it is always below the environmental quality standard threshold. The smelting building is equipped with a Dust Collector and Scrubber to maintain air quality, and periodic checks are also carried out for noise levels.
PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk is also equipped with an Incinerator machine facility that can be used to process medical & infectious waste from hospitals, clinics, and other health service facilities.
We have also collaborated in waste management with leading oil and gas companies in Indonesia, including PT Pertamina, PT PLN, and the Tanjung Jati Jepara Steam Power Plant. PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk has a cooperative relationship with a third party (co-processing) that has a permit from the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia as part of the Total Solution – Zero Pollutant.
